Candle Care Information
The first time you light your candle be sure you have a window of time to allow the candle to burn all the way to the edge of the jar, which should take about 3 hours. This will help to prevent the wax from "tunneling" and will ensure you get the longest burn time possible from your candle.
Keep your wick trimmed before lighting each time to about 1/4" This will help to minimize carbon building up on the end of the wick like a little ball.
Be sure to always keep your candles on a heat safe surface.
Candles are packed with extra packing material to try to minimize breakage, however, since they are glass, sometimes breakage can occur during the shipping. If your candle arrives broken please reach out to us ASAP and we will replace it.
We can be reached at email@example.com - please write BROKEN CANDLE in the memo line. Thank you.
