shipping policy
We are a small business and all of our candles are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order prior to shipping. For large orders please contact us first to discuss processing time prior to ordering. We will reach out if we expect processing delays.
Candles are packed with extra packing material to try and minimize breakage during shipping. However, if your candle arrives broken, please reach out to us ASAP and we will replace it. Email us at hello@wildsidecandle.com with "BROKEN CANDLE" and your order number in the subject line.
