damages & issues

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, in the event your item is damaged in shipping, we missed a defect, or you received the wrong item, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please inspect your order once received, and contact us within 5 business days at hello@wildsidecandle.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

handmade policy

Each item is made by hand and will vary from the photo listing. Orders placed at different times will also vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the craft. Each item that leaves our studio is inspected and has received our quality approval. Size and ounce notes are approximations and can vary slightly but are generally a less than 5% difference.
